Set
Number 1 "MK7501"
This set is prepared to introduce beginners to
electric & electronic terms such as electronic
voltage, electric current, power, ohm rule, and
etc and familiarize them with the method of recognition,
decoding installing and soldering and function
of some parts such as resistor capacitor, self,
trans, diode, zinner diode, transistor,... .The
creation of potential difference and electric
current creation are defined at the beginning
of this chapter through describing the atom structure,
specifications of metals, conductor and non-conductor
materials, and etc. then we are going to learn
how to decode the resistor's color codes and the
related table and using suitable examples.
In the second chapter the way
of installing components on PCB is provided, beginners
can become familiar with the appearance of some
components and proper soldering.
Its PCB has some junction points
called connection pins, which prevent your PCB
from numerous soldering. Beginners can use it
later for other experiments and create connection
between its parts by some pieces of wires and
connecting them to the pins. For example you can
see how and create connection between its parts
by some pieces of wires and connecting them to
the pins. For example you can see how an LED is
connected to the power supply in the below diagram.
As you can see the pins of PIN1 set are connected
to power supply positive pole and PIN3 pins to
its negative pole. The LED will turn on when connect
its bases properly to positive and negative poles
of the power supply. During this experiment and
later ones you will learn how to use a resistor
to control LED current and how to prevent it from
begin hurt and how to prevent it from begin hurt.
Then we will become familiar with some kind of
resistors such as potentiometer, thermal resistor
and their functions practically.

In the third chapter you will be briefly familiarized
with magnetic magnet and the differences between
magnetic and electric forces and between DC and
AC. This is a preface to introduce some components
such as capacitor self that will be fully described
later. Function of generators and the method of
production of an alternating current are some
interesting parts of this chapter. Some AC&DC
signal diagrams are provided at the end of this
chapter.
Fourth chapter familiarize you
with capacitor inner-structure and its function
in AC&DC circuits. You will learn something
about capacitor capacity charge and discharge
and how to calculate charge and discharge time
and capacitor units of capacity.

Frequency and also the definition of cycle and
capacitor capacity
calculation formula against alternating current
and voltage have been discussed in this chapter.
At the end you will come to become acquainted
with capacitor and its function in AC&DC circuits
practically through some experiments.
In fifth part self measures and its function in
AC and DC circuits and self resistance calculation
formula have been discussed and some of its use
in designing some practical circuits such as speaker
recorder head and transformator are provided.
The inner-structure of transformator and its various
types is examined more carefully at the end of
this chapter a summary of transformator's power,
voltage and current calculation formulae are provided.
In sixth chapter you will come to know more about
the molecule structure of semi-conductors
and NandP components which are used in diodes
zinner diodes and also transistors. And them in
the first step you will experience how to use
a diode as a one way direction through some experiments.
Of course a diode plays various roles in electronic
circuits but here we mainly discuss its function
as a rectifier in adaptor circuit. You can see
a full-wave adaptor circuit with a coupled/ double
Trans in the next diagram. At the end of the theoretical
part of this chapter you will find out how to
calculate the zinner diode power and to use it
as a voltage stabilizer.
The seventh chapter will teach you how to calculate
the resistance of resistors that are connected
to gather in series or parallel forms and a combination
of both by giving some examples. And you will
become familiar with the inner-structure of a
bi-polar transistor and you will learn how to
connect it to different power supplies.
At the end of this chapter a
brief definition of IC and FET transistor are
provided that is a sufficient and necessary preface
to the set No. 2.
It is worth mentioning that those
parts that are provided together with sets are
chosen in a way that you can use them to run and
repair some electric devices beside their uses
for teaching, so it saves you the money you're
paid for them. For example you can use the adaptor
of No. 1 set for No. 2 set or use it to run some
educational kits Mehran kit or every other appliance.
